Refund policy
RETURN WINDOW
All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with no exceptions. We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly inspect their products immediately upon receipt. This ensures that any issues or discrepancies can be identified and addressed in a timely manner. By adhering to this inspection and return window, we can provide you with the best possible service and promptly resolve any problems that may occur. Please note that returns outside of this 14-day period will not be accepted, so it is crucial to act swiftly if there are any concerns with your order. DAMAGED GOODS
If there are any major issues at all with your product that was caused by us, you are eligible for a full refund. All items eligible for refunds must be sent to us for inspection first. If approved we will refund you with no issues. Smaller issues, such as minor scratching, will be fixed by our shop or a shop of your choice. All costs will be covered and paid by us, or returned for an exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For all normal items, if you change your mind before shipping we can cancel your order with a 25% cancellation fee (Custom Products Not Included). This is to cover our costs so please make sure you 110% want the item before purchasing. Once shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order under any circumstances.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom Products such as steering wheels are not eligible for a refund/exchange due to buyers remorse at all once purchased. This is because a custom product is tailor made for you and nobody else. However if your custom product was damaged or defective we will take care of you. Major issues will be eligible for a full refund. Small issues will be fixed, replaced, or reimbursed.
PARTS INSTALLATION
All parts must be professionally installed by a shop or consulted with us if fitment issues arise. We understand as car enthusiasts, we love to do DIY projects but unfortunately some complex parts require professional installation to properly fit. You can also contact us for guidance if you are doing a DIY project. If after our consultation the part does not fit you will be eligible for a refund.
OUR PROMISE
If you run into any issues with the product we sell you. PLEASE reach out to us and we will do our best to solve it for you. This is a promise. We strive for perfection in every order but we also understand that we are not perfect. We mess up, and when we do we will give it our all to make it right for you. As fellow car enthusiasts we understand the frustrations of waiting for an order, excited to unbox it and come to find out, the product isn’t to your liking.
Problems that are eligible for a full refund:
- Parts that have been installed professionally but do not fit as intended.
- Major Damages to Parts that can not be professionally repaired such as a defect weave, chipped clear coat, and deformities such as denting.
- Yellowing Carbon within one year of ownership, no one likes yellow carbon and in that case we will apply a full refund for you
- Major Delays, sometimes delays due to bad batches of carbon, supply chain issues, or shipping issues are inevitable. If your order exceeds our quoted wait time by over 2 weeks, you are eligible for a full refund.
Reasons that are not valid for a full refund.
- Buyers remorse, prior to shipping we will charge a 25% cancellation fee, post shipment orders will not be eligible at all.
- Used Products outside of fitment issues. If you get a defective product and use it anyways then later change your mind and want to return it, we can not accept the items.
- Minor issues such as hairline scratches that can be buffed out. Although you will 100% be eligible for an exchange or reimbursement we can not apply for a full refund on extremely small issues.
